Most divers don’t get to dive as often as they’d like. Sometimes life gets in the way and years go by between dive trips. Sound familiar? PADI’s ReActive program may be for you!
Your PADI certification never expires; but if it’s been a long time since your last dive, it’s easy to forget crucial knowledge and skills that help keep you safe. If it’s been a really long time since your last dive, a lot has changed in the sport to make it safer and easier.
PADI’s ReActivate takes our refresher course a step further with the addition of online coursework to review fundamental topics like dive theory, physics and physiology. Understanding how diving affects your body and the potential dangers involved helps promote more informed decision-making and instill safer dive habits!
PADI’s ReActivate is a safe (and fun!) way to build confidence, dust the cobwebs off old skills and maybe even pick up some new ones.
We conduct our ReActivate classes in the ocean rather than a pool. After completing your online coursework, we’ll invite you to join us on our 2-tank morning charter, but with the personalized attention of your own private instructor. Your instructor will then review the information from your online class and help you practice essential dive skills (such as clearing a flooded mask, regulator recovery, neutral buoyancy, etc.).
After skills practice, you and your instructor can explore the dive site at your own pace, within your own comfort level.
Included
All charters include air tanks, dive weights, defog and complementary use of our masks, snorkels and full-foot fins.
ReActivate class includes a private instructor
Upon completion of the class, students will receive an updated certification card
Snacks are served between dives (including our famous homemade brownies!) and a variety of hot and cold beverages are available. Our boat includes a mixture of sun and shade and a hot freshwater shower to rinse off after diving.

Before you Book:
Scuba diving requires a minimum level of health and fitness. Chronic health conditions, certain medications and/or recent surgery may require you to get written approval from a physician before diving. Review the diver medical questionnaire before enrolling in any scuba course.
IMPORTANT SAFETY REMINDER
Scuba diving is an extreme sport and restrictions must be adhered to before, during and after to mitigate potential health risks. Post-diving, this includes flying, going to altitude, freediving and other activities that could contribute to Decompression Sickness.
